Originally built in 1925 as a two bedroom, one bath Tudor, this
home was completely redesigned and reconstructed by Pacific Development in 1997. We kept the best features of Tudor
style with steeply pitched roof lines, familiar front facing
gables and distinctive windows and blended these with a substantial
addition and modern styling. |

The result was an airy, spacious interior which incorporated
an elegant mix of new materials including granite kitchen countertops,
maple cabinet, maple flooring and stairs, and marble and slate
bathrooms. The traditional Tudor design facing the street was
retained in combination with a two story, modern expansion off
the back of the structure. |
| This
large addition provided a new master suite, another upstairs
bedroom, an upstairs vestibule/study, a 'great room,' on the
first floor, and a wine cellar and private study in the basement. |
| "It
is clear from my firsthand view of the newly completed home
in San Jose as well as the work you performed in the past on
my home that you continue to exhibit a level of professional
skill that is uncommon in the general contracting business.
The trust you develop with your clients and the integrity with
which you approach your business speaks highly of your ability.
I am pleased to serve as a reference for you at any time, and
look forward to working with you on other projects in the near
future." Dennis Bruch, Principal & Broker, Heritage
