This
commercial office building was developed in a style which imitates
the 1920's Prairie Craftsman design of the original building.
In addition to reproducing period details that preserve the
architectural integrity of the site, the new facility has the
conveniences of commercial HVAC, electrical and fire protection
systems.

A
large multipurpose room with ADA access and commercial restrooms
and kitchen was developed to suit the needs of community groups
which occasionally utilize the common areas of the facility.
Special landscaping, parking, sidewalk and street improvements
were also implemented to accommodate code requirements for ADA
access.
